Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Restricted Jurisdictions

You must be at least 18 years old to use Golden Toss. Accounts or play by minors are strictly prohibited.

Residents of the following jurisdictions may not use the service: the United States, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and any jurisdiction whose law prohibits online gaming. We enforce IP-based geo-blocking; connections from restricted jurisdictions are denied.

Using the service from a location where online gaming is unlawful is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure.

2. Accounts

One account per person. Opening multiple accounts from the same device or IP (including bonus farming) may lead to suspension.

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity on your account.

We use device fingerprinting and IP data for fraud prevention (see the Privacy Policy).

3. Gameplay & Funds

All flip outcomes are generated with a provably-fair method (HMAC-SHA256 server seeds) and can be independently verified on the /verifier page.

Bonus balance is play money only; it converts to withdrawable balance only after the stated wagering requirements are met.

Maximum win, minimum and maximum bets are set by administrative configuration and may change.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits are accepted via Binance Pay (UID/QR). Minimum deposit is ৳30 (administratively adjustable).

Withdrawals require KYC verification. Tier limits apply (৳100 / ৳500 / ৳5,000 / ৳50,000 daily/lifetime tiers).

Withdrawals pass a risk check; suspicious activity may result in a hold and requests for additional verification.

5. AML / KYC Policy

Under our anti-money-laundering policy we perform tiered KYC (identity documents, selfie/deepfake checks), monitor transactions, and screen against sanctions lists and fraud signals.

We may be obliged to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. Accounts involved in money laundering or fraud may be suspended and funds frozen.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Bots/scripts, exploiting bugs, multi-accounting, playing as another person, payment fraud, and unauthorized system access are strictly prohibited.

Balances of accounts engaged in prohibited conduct may be forfeited and legal action taken.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". Maintenance, network disruption, or third-party (gateway/ISP) issues may interrupt availability.

Gaming is risky — play only with money you can afford to lose (see Responsible Gaming). Our total liability is limited to the amount of your last deposit.

8. Changes & Contact

We may amend these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
